• CPM of Texas has the knowledge and experience to be uniquely qualified to provide construction scheduling services for projects from program conception throughout construction completion, acceptance and occupation.

Services to Owners

CPM of Texas provides Planning and Scheduling services and guidance to Project Owners throughout all phases of project including:

·        Preparation of Program Schedules including activities from Programming through A-E Selection, RFQ/RFP, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Subcontract Bids, Construction and Project Closeout.

·        Monitoring Contractor Baseline and Progress Update Schedules for contract compliance and to project completion dates for Major Milestones and Project Completion.

Services to Contractors

Services to Contractors are several and they include the following:

·        Preparation of Initial Baseline Construction Schedules to comply with contract requirements.

·        Preparation of Monthly Progress Update Schedules to document progress and projected completion dates during construction.

·        Documentation of Excusable Delays as described by the 2000 Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions for Texas State funded projects.

·        Preparation of claims for extended time based upon Excusable Delays, Change Orders and Changed Conditions.

·        Training of contractor personnel in CPM Scheduling Principles and basic use of scheduling software.
